Wescan focuses on identifying and providing the expertise to facilitate the specific project requirements. We have assembled the people who have the experience and expertise to provide the knowledge and skills required to ensure that we complete the project within budget and on schedule.
Wescan provides a project manager that oversees the complete project. He is involved in all aspects of the project, from the design stage through to the final commissioning of the project.
Wescan provides an experienced on-site superintendent who is directly involved in the scheduling of all materials and scheduling of the work force. He is also responsible for co-ordination with the Owner, Engineers, General Contractor, and work related to any other trades.
Wescan has a quality staff of electricians, plumbers, fitters, welders, and communications technicians that are highly skilled and experienced, and who have successfully completed many projects. These people are assigned to projects specifically related to their expertise, which provides the stability and productivity necessary for each project.
We are committed to accept and or provide a comprehensive and complete work schedule for all our disciplines as we realize that developing a successful schedule on a project is mandatory.
Wescan is proud to have obtained its CORR Safety Certification in 2002 and has maintained the certification ever since. It is our policy to maintain a safe and healthy work environment for all personnel. Wescan is responsible for identifying, controlling and eliminating known hazards which may result in personal injury or illness, property damage or negative environmental impact. Management takes a leadership role in the Health and Safety Program and ensures the company effectively complies with recognized standards. Wescan provides safeguards, training and necessary protective equipment to ensure save work conditions. Supervisors and foremen are responsible and accountable for the health and safety of the workers assigned to them.
