Design/Build Services
WESCAN offers complete mechanical and electrical design build services, including conceptual design, preliminary and detailed engineering, and design complete with estimates at each level. Included in this service are process piping systems, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, fire protection, distribution, power, lighting, fire alarm, emergency power and communication systems, dependent on the Owner’s specific requirements.

All installations are performed by experienced tradesmen. Beyond the development of particular skills, we have developed a teamwork approach to construction, which can only be achieved through open communication and clear direction. This teamwork must involve not only our field and support staff, but also the client, our engineer and every trade contractor and supplier.
